Please inform us of any changes to your booking by sending an email to [email protected], at least 24 hours before your scheduled transfer. Please note that changes that do not incur additional charges will be accepted at no additional cost. In case there are additional charges, we will inform you in time, and if you accept the changes, you will be able to pay them using the available payment methods offered by our company.

You do not need to confirm your booking if you have already received your booking confirmation email. Plus, you don’t need to reconfirm your return unless asked.

Reservation cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer. If a reservation is canceled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled transfer, no refund is made.

In case of cancellation 24 hours before the scheduled transfer, the full amount of the transfer is returned to the customer in the same way as the payment was made. The costs of the bank transaction are borne by the customer.

If you have omitted to take an item into the vehicle, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the existence of the item and, if found, arrange for its return either by courier or other suitable means.

The Carrier monitors the arrival of your plane, and in case of change, postponement or change of flight number, please inform us immediately.

Upon your arrival, the Carrier waits up to 60 minutes at the meeting point you specified. If you anticipate a delay of more than 60 minutes, please notify as additional charges may apply. In the event that no one from your party appears after 60 minutes, the Carrier will contact you. Please let us know about any changes or delays.

In case the meeting is not at the airport, the Carrier waits up to 20 minutes. If no one shows up, we will contact you by phone. If there is no communication from the customer, the reservation is canceled and the money is not refunded.

In case of difficulty in locating the driver, inform Greek Lux Transfers immediately. If there is no communication and we are not informed, the transfer is considered canceled, and the money is not refunded.

From the airport

In most cases our driver will be waiting for you outside the arrivals hall of the airport, after you and your fellow passengers have taken your personal belongings from the luggage area. The driver will hold a sign with the name of the passenger you have given us.

From the train station

In most cases, our driver, after checking the platform where the train you have indicated arrives, will wait for you exactly at the point where your train will arrive. The driver will hold a sign with the name of the passenger you have given us.

From the bus station

In most cases our driver will wait for you exactly where your bus will arrive after first checking the dock it arrives at. The driver will hold a sign with the name of the passenger you have given us.

From a hotel

If you have chosen the hotel where you are staying as the meeting point. Our guide will be waiting for you in the lobby of the hotel.

From Home or personal address

If the meeting point is a specific address, the driver will be located outside the number you gave us when booking.

After completing the transaction, you will be sent an email with a copy of your reservation. It is a good idea to have the reservation printed and give it to the driver who will be waiting for you. Also, bring the phone number that you gave us in the reservation so that the driver can contact you in case he can’t find you.

Our vehicles are built to accept child seats for all ages of children. During the third step of booking, you are given the option if you do not have your own personal seat we will make sure we have the right seat for you.
